H.E. Rtn. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, Governor of Delta State, is set to bring Christmas cheer to homes across the state through the Office of the Special Assistant to the Governor on SDGs. The state is rewriting the script for Christmas celebrations with its SDGs Santa Box Initiative. This groundbreaking campaign aims to bring smiles to the faces of children across Delta State, focusing on increasing awareness of the government’s mandate to do M.O.R.E through SDGs for all Deltans.
The initiative not only delivers festive cheer but also creates awareness about the Sustainable Development Goals and their impact on improving lives. With a mission to leave no child behind, the SDGs office is calling on everyone to amplify this campaign and ensure it reaches every corner of Delta State.
This Christmas, Delta State is setting the standard for inclusive celebrations! The initiative is further supported by the OMO Foundation, which has donated 5kg bags of rice to ensure that no family is left out of the festivities.
